Originally from the UK, Rebecca engaged in classical vocal studies at Conservatorio Milano, Guildhall School of Music and the City Lit in London.
She then embarked on a performing career.
Further studies delved into the art of music and singing education which included Alexander technique, Dalcoze and Eurythmy at the Center for Creative Education in London.
She ran workshops in London, Paris, Amsterdam and Stockholm.
She relocated to Cape Town 1995 and taught in the music education department at Stellenbosch University and later the music department UCT.
Rebecca has created her own unique vocal studio working with many contemporary recording and performing artists.
She joined Cape Audio College temporary staff in 2004. A long and happy relationship!
