Adam Goodman has been involved with Audio Post Production for almost 30 years. Cape Town-born, Adam started his professional career in Johannesburg where he was based for 10 years. After completing an internship as an Audio Engineer at the VideoLab Group, then the biggest private post-production facility in Johannesburg, Adam developed his skills recording voice-overs, editing, mixing and designing sound for radio spots, film, television inserts, long-form television dramas, documentaries, and commercials.

Adam also worked at Chris Fellows Sound Studios, working on long-form television dramas and recording and editing Foley, and was introduced to mixing, editing, and sound design for Film and Cinema. Adam then moved to MNET Broadcast Services as Senior Audio Post Production Engineer, working for MNET, DSTV channels, and Supersport. Adam returned to Cape Town in 2003 and worked for ETV as their Senior Audio Post Production Engineer.

Adam has also worked extensively as a Location Sound Recordist and Boom Swinger and has been involved in Creative Media Education, specializing in Audio Post Production, for many years. Adam has won numerous international and local awards for his Audio Post Production work, including Promax Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards for his sound design, editing and mixing.
Adam is an accredited Avid Certified Pro Tools instructor, has a National Diploma in Computer Data Processing, and has an internationally accredited Masters Degree in Sound Design for Video Games.
